Q: What is the status of my order? How come the tracking information doesn't show up?
A: Your order status will be available 24 hours after your order has been placed excluding holidays. We will send you a tracking information via email.  If your items are shipped via standard shipping, the tracking information will appear online (ex. www.usps.com) within 1 to 2 days "before" items arrive. If via EMS, you may track within 1 day online at http://www.track-trace.com/post. If via DHL, you may track on www.dhl.com

Q: I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

A: If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be unused and in the state you received them and in the original box. Please email us for an RMA form to fill out.

Q: Do you do back orders?
A: BrinVO.com does take pre-orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item or wait for us to order for you. Please email us at Support@BrinVO.com

Q: Do you have a catalog?
A: Currently, we have a 'virtual' catalog. Our entire product line is online, we do not have a physical catalog.

Q: Do you charge sales tax on any item?
A: We do not charge any sales tax on any item.

Q: Where you ship from?
A: We have four warehouses 1. Taipei Taiwan 2. Poulsbo Washington
3. Nagoya Japan.  Depending on stock availability and your location, your item may be shipped out from one of these warehouses. All warehouses will have the same shipping rates.

Q: Do you sell anywhere?
A: We also run 2 eBay stores (http://eBay.BrinVO.com, http://eBay.BrinZU.com). Both stores have Powerseller status, one of them being Platinum Powersellers.  We also have an Featured Amazon Merchant Store http://Amazon.BrinVO.com.

Q: Are you an authorized reseller?  Do you provide product warranty?
A: Yes, all of our products are authorized for sale.  All products come with manufacturer's warranty.

Q: What does OEM package mean?
A: Some of our products are provided directly by the manufacturers in OEM package without the retail boxes.  The prices for these OEM versions products are cheaper than retail version and we pass that savings to you. However, we make customized carton boxes with good cushion to protect products from damages during shipping.
