Are your parts genuine?

Yes — 100%. We sell only authentic Shimano, SRAM and brand-name products, sourced through reputable supply channels. We never sell counterfeit or fake parts. If you ever have a concern about an item, contact us and we'll make it right.

Are items new?

Unless a listing specifically states otherwise, our components are brand new in their original packaging. Any pre-owned or open-box item is clearly labeled in the product title and description.

Choosing the right part

How do I know a part will fit my bike?

Compatibility matters, especially with drivetrains. Each listing includes the model, speed and key specs. If you're unsure whether a cassette, derailleur, chain or pedal works with your setup, email us your groupset (for example, "Shimano 105 R7000 11-speed") and we'll confirm before you buy.

Orders dispatch within 1–2 business days. US delivery is typically 2–6 business days; international is 7–20 business days depending on customs.
