Shipping Policy

All orders ship with tracking from our warehouse in Ontario, California. Shipping to the 48 contiguous US states is free. Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Where we ship: We ship to all 50 US states and Washington, DC. We're currently unable to serve Puerto Rico, other US territories, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Delivery — 48 contiguous states

• DHL eCommerce SmartMail Parcel Plus Expedited (free): typically 4–7 business days
• DHL eCommerce SmartMail Parcel Plus Expedited Max ($4.99 upgrade): typically 3–6 business days
• UPS 2nd Day Air Residential ($24.99): typically 2–4 business days

Delivery — Alaska & Hawaii

• DHL eCommerce Expedited ($14.99): typically 5–8 business days
• UPS 2nd Day Air Residential ($24.99): typically 2–4 business days
